MGH Connectome Diffusion Microstructure Dataset (CDMD)

  • 硬件:MGH-USC 3T Connectome MRI扫描仪,配备300 mT/m最高强度梯度系统及定制64通道头线圈
  • 受试者:26名健康受试者,其中7名受试者在同天接受再次扫描
  • 弥散MRI协议:脉冲梯度自旋回波序列,2 mm各向同性分辨率,双弥散时间(19和49 ms),8 ms梯度持续时间,各弥散时间有8个梯度强度线性分布在 30 mT/m 和 290 mT/m 之间(即 8 个壳)、每个壳有32 (b <= 3000 s/mm^2) 或 64 (b > 3000 s/mm^2)均匀分布弥散编码方向,总共850个三维影像,1 小时扫描时间,26名受试者中的14名(包括全部具有重扫描数据的7名受试者)具有实数数值(real-valued)弥散MRI影像数据
  • 解剖结构MRI 协议:T1 加权 MPRAGE 序列,1 mm 各向同性分辨率(包括 FreeSurfer 重建结果)
